Commercial Bread Pans & Tins
Mackies has manufactured commercial bread pans for Australian and New Zealand bakeries since 1946. Every bread tin set here is designed and engineered in Australia, formed from high-strength aluminised steel, and coated in Australia under a Chemours™ licence — by the only licensed Chemours industrial coating applicator in Australia and New Zealand.
Capacities and configurations. Strapped sets from 340g sandwich loaves through 450g, 650g, 680g and up to 900g, in 3-strap and 2-strap configurations, plus Vienna, farmhouse, tank and cob loaf styles. Steam-release-hole (SRH) versions are available for crustier sidewalls, and matching drop-on lids produce square pullman loaves.
Formats. Straps are built to Australian rack standards — 400 mm (16") and 455 mm (18") — so sets drop straight onto your existing racking.
Coatings. Every set comes standard in our Long Life Non-Stick Teflon™ — top-of-the-range Chemours fluoropolymer that lasts 8–10 times longer than standard glazes. Silicone glaze is available on custom runs and recoats, and worn sets can be recoated rather than replaced.

Mackies has supplied Australian and New Zealand bakeries with commercial bread pans since 1946. Every set is designed and engineered in Australia and delivered Australia-wide.
